Unexpected challenges with fantastic views

The stunning river views made each day special, especially from the comfortable room which featured cozy bedding. The breakfast buffet had a delectable blend of local and Western options.

Maintenance issues persisted, such as a loud heating unit and parts of the room that showed signs of neglect. Some of the front desk staff also struggled with hospitality, making interactions cumbersome.

Great location and staff, but room smelled like smoke upon arrival.

An unforgettable stay that exceeded expectations. Perfect location alongside the Bund, complemented by extraordinary customer service. Special mention to Titan, who went above and beyond to assist. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a pleasure to return after a day of exploring. Easily one of my favorite experiences.

During my stay, I faced multiple disappointments. First, the gym facilities were severely lacking—outdated equipment that made it impossible to get a good workout. the service was subpar. I was turned away from the rooftop bar during two attempts due to private events, missing an opportunity to enjoy the supposed highlight of the hotel. Lastly, the lack of late-night dining options was frustrating. arriving at the restaurant only to be turned away because the kitchen was closing left me scrambling to find food elsewhere.

Our corner room offered breathtaking views of the skyline, while the rooftop bar was the perfect spot to unwind. The staff, though a bit reserved at first, ultimately provided excellent service.

I had an amazing stay with stunning river views and the rooftop bar was so relaxing. The breakfast was really tasty, but the pool was a bit crowded during peak hours. Definitely coming back!

This hotel was just a well-suited match for a fleeting stay in Shanghai with great value for the money. The room had phenomenal views of the Bund, which made the experience really special. Bring a power bank if you rely on charging devices, as sockets were not very convenient to use.
